Privacy

This site collects only what you type into the contact form: your name, email, phone number, how you prefer to be reached, a preferred time and your message. We use it to reply to you.

What not to send

Please do not put medical details in a message. Forms for your history are completed in the office or on the practice's own patient portal, linked from your confirmation.

Records and sharing

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows, or with your written permission. We cannot guarantee that an email is private, so use the phone for anything sensitive.

Tracking

This site uses no analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or embedded scheduler.
