Evaluations
Follow-up testing
A shorter visit, so today's results can be compared with an earlier evaluation.
Memory and thinking can change over time. A repeat visit uses selected tasks from your first evaluation, so your psychologist can describe what has stayed the same and what has shifted.
Selected tasks, not the whole morning
A short written report
A conversation about what the comparison shows

In plain terms
What to know before you book
Who it helps
People who were evaluated before, by us or elsewhere, and whose doctor or family wants a comparison.
What the visit is like
A shorter morning at the same table, with the tasks that fit your earlier results.
The method
We repeat standardized tasks and compare them with your earlier scores, with the same cautions about what a score can and cannot show.
What it is not
It is not a new full evaluation, and it does not predict what will happen next.
Length and frequency
Your psychologist or your doctor suggests the timing. We do not set a number of visits.
The fee is in your written estimate, and we check coverage before the visit.
Questions about this visit
Do I need my earlier report?
It helps. If it came from another practice, bring a copy or ask us to request it with your permission.
Who sees the results?
You do first. With your written permission, your doctor does too.
How soon can I repeat testing?
Your psychologist advises you. Repeating too soon can change the results.
Thinking about a repeat visit?
Write to us, and send your earlier report if you have one.
